    Quotation Scope

What We Confirm With Your RFQ

A useful quotation defines the gauge and the supporting requirements, so purchasing and quality teams can review the same specification.

    Gauge Configuration

Gauge type, thread designation, required members, tolerance requirements and any details needing technical clarification.

    Commercial Details

Quantity, price, production lead time, packing and proposed delivery arrangements for the destination.

    Quality Documents

Agreed inspection reports, calibration scope, traceability requirements and identification marking.

    Specification Review

    Include the Complete Thread Callout

The nominal size alone may not define the required gauge. Provide the full thread designation, workpiece requirements and governing standard shown on your drawing.

Internal or external thread: identify the workpiece feature and required plug or ring gauge.
Gauge members: state whether you need an individual member or a complete set.
Inspection condition: mention coating, plating or other conditions relevant to acceptance.
Custom requirements: include special dimensions, handles, marking, packaging or documentation.

    Certificates and Inspection Records

    Specify Documentation Before Ordering

Tell us what your quality team needs for supplier approval or incoming inspection. The quotation should confirm the applicable scope and any additional cost.

    Quality Certification

Request the current ISO 9001:2015 certificate to review its certified entity, scope and validity.

    Calibration Requirements

NIST-traceable calibration is available for selected orders. State the required scope and documentation during quotation.

    Order Identification

Include required serial numbers, buyer part numbers, measured-value reports and packing-list references.

    RFQ Questions

    Before You Send Your Enquiry

Does this form send my enquiry automatically?

Yes. When you submit, your requirements go straight to our engineering team and a copy is saved on our side. We usually reply within one business day.

Can I request a quote without knowing the gauge type?

Yes. Send the workpiece drawing or complete thread designation and describe the inspection requirement. We can identify the details that need confirmation before quotation.

Can I attach a drawing here?

Yes. Use the optional drawing upload field above. We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, IGES, JPG, PNG or ZIP files up to 10 MB. Include the current drawing revision and applicable specification. If the upload fails, submit the RFQ without the file and reply to the confirmation email with the drawing.

Can you quote several items together?

Yes. Attach your purchasing list with the specification and quantity for each item. Identify any items requiring different calibration documents or delivery dates.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Small-quantity requirements can be reviewed. Availability, minimum quantity and production lead time depend on the gauge specification and are confirmed in the quotation.

    Can you quote international delivery?

Include the delivery country and postcode so shipping arrangements can be reviewed. The quotation confirms the proposed delivery scope and related charges.

How should I send a confidential drawing?

Contact us first to discuss confidentiality requirements before sharing proprietary drawings or specifications.

Ready to Review Your Gauge Requirement?

Start with the drawing or thread specification, quantity and delivery country. Include your inspection and certificate requirements for a more complete quotation.
